Katsuhiro Otomo's Animation Masterpiece Memories left me with shocking chill, specially the third episode, the one with the canon village with heavy propagandasm sweeping the entire mood of the film. I've caught the Van Gogh's Potato Eater and Fritz Lang's Metropolis, to endless charade of Nazism in the film.
Since then I wanted to recreate the Canon village with....Chinese superpower concept.
