My friend Micheal Kiely once told me "Pain is just weakness leaving the body". I am trying to give my students the final assignment for this semester and I can't explain what "Metaphor" means..just as I didn't understand when I got that assignment from Ray Turner (Drawing Concept) at Art Center 12 some years ago. BTW- I have a week to think about and this will be an awesome project..and I don't even know how to explain the assignment.
